We appreciate that these are worrying times and likewise that changes implemented within our practices can add to anxiety without clear advice and guidance.
We have taken action as we have to restrict our practices to providing emergency care and advice based upon guidance received and in the interests of prioritising safety for both patients and health team members.
We accept that in taking this action that there will inevitably be delays for those who wish to commence treatment and also very importantly for those who are currently in active appliances. To both groups we wish to reassure you that we will be resuming usual practice activity as soon as we receive guidance allowing us to safely do so. To those in active appliance treatment we wish to offer the following additional advice and support:
We will maintain an emergency care and advice facility at the practice which remains open pending further possible restrictions.
We would ask that you refer to our Websites/Facebook for detailed written advice and guidance.

Your Orthodontist will be making direct contact with you or your family by telephone in coming weeks to discuss your treatment, provide advice and answer questions which you might have.
We will regularly update our communications both online and via emails / texts. The situation is certainly difficult and it is our aim to maintain clear and accessible lines of communication so that we can best manage the ongoing needs of our patients in a manner which is both safe and practical.
